Farley Hill is a small national park in the interior of northern Barbados, which grew around the ruins of a former 17th century plantation settlement.

Although you can walk through the national park in 10 minutes, it's definitely worth a visit. You'll be especially impressed by the breathtaking views of Barbados' wild east coast, and the quiet rustle of the majestic mahogany trees that Farley Hill surround it.

Stop here during your road-trip around Barbados, sit on a bench and enjoy just the sound of the wind and the view. The small gazebo is then the perfect spot for picnics.

Admission and transport

Admission to Farley Hill costs 6 bbd and includes parking in the large car park. The gate to the lookout is open daily from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

The Farley Hill is accessible only by car on Highway 2, which connects northern Barbados to the east coast.
